Smile Smile and Smile


 
Smile, smile and smile so that you will become a flower. Once you become a flower you are cherished and loved by everyone. Once you are loved and cherished by many you can pass around your positive vibration which will indirectly and gradually bring people to the state of happiness in return. Thus, smile and make others smile too.
A person who smiles gives life a meaning : Life is joyful, but a person who worries gives life a meaning : Life is sorrowful.
Nobody can make you happy than yourselves, it only takes for you to be a little bit more positive and realistic

Events



Sit in a comfortable position, either in a chair or on the floor, with your back and head straight. You can "warm up" with a couple of deep breaths. Close your eyes. Breathe through your nose. Focus on your breath -- cool air in, warm air out. If the mind wanders, gently bring it back to the breath. That's it. Start with a 5-10 minute meditation and work your way up to 15, 20, 30 minutes or more.
